The Mergely AI Pilot is a limited technology evaluation that provides preliminary, AI-generated information for educational and internal business-planning purposes.
Use of the Pilot does not, by itself, create a brokerage, investment-banking, investment-advisory, fiduciary or other client relationship with Mergely AI, Mergely Capital Advisors LLC or any broker-dealer. Any such relationship may be established only through a separate written engagement agreement.
The Pilot and its outputs:
- Do not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or issue securities; sell or acquire a business; raise capital; contact any potential counterparty; or enter into any transaction.
- Do not constitute a valuation, appraisal, fairness opinion, investment research, due-diligence report or opinion regarding the merits, structure, pricing or likelihood of any transaction.
- Are generated using artificial intelligence from information you provide, your website and third-party sources, including public sources. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or based on assumptions that do not apply to your business.
- May identify potential buyers, investors or other counterparties based on apparent strategic fit. Inclusion does not indicate that a party has reviewed your business, expressed interest, has the ability or authority to transact, or would be an appropriate counterparty.
- May include suggested communications for your review. The Pilot does not contact, introduce or communicate with any party on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy, appropriateness and lawful use of any draft before using it.
- Do not assure or predict that any transaction, financing, valuation or other outcome will occur.
Do not rely on Pilot outputs as the sole basis for a business or transaction decision. Independently verify all material information and consult qualified legal, tax, accounting and financial professionals before acting.
Only provide information and documents that you are authorized to share and that may be processed under the Pilot’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
Regulated services: The Pilot itself is not an investment-banking or brokerage engagement. Any securities-related or investment-banking services, if offered, will be provided only under a separate written agreement and, where required, through an appropriately registered broker-dealer and registered personnel.
